Tracking and updating guide

How to track and update your request

Learn how to track a request with your ticket number or Ticket ID and passcode, when you can update details, and how to contact an advisor if you lose your credentials.

Open request tracking

1. Enter with your ticket number and passcode

On the tracking page, enter the ticket number or original 16-character Ticket ID you received after submitting, then your six-character passcode. Check both carefully.

You can also open your saved direct access link. Its passcode appears after #pin=. If that part is missing from the copied link, the page will ask you to enter the passcode.

2. Check the status and advisor comments

Check the status and advisor comments before deciding what to do next. The page only offers updates when editing is allowed. Editable items depend on which fields the advisor has unlocked and the instructions on the page.

Pending
You may edit the available fields. Saving keeps the request pending.
Revision Required
Follow the advisor comments to correct unlocked items or add documents. After you review and confirm submission, the request moves to review and the fields are locked again.
Other statuses
Applicants cannot edit during review or viewing, or when a request is completed, archived, or closed. Contact your advisor if you need a correction.

Select attachments in the relevant upload area and check its file type and size requirements. Review your changes before confirming, then check that the page shows the updated status.

3. If you cannot find your credentials or access a request

  1. Look for the credentials or direct link you copied or saved after submitting, and check your confirmation email and spam folder.
  2. Check that your ticket number and passcode belong to the same request and were copied in full. If repeated attempts fail, follow the page instructions and try again later.
  3. If you still cannot access your request, contact an advisor through the contact page and explain which contact details you used and roughly when you submitted. The advisor will check what can be done.

There is currently no self-service passcode recovery or reset option. Contacting an advisor does not guarantee that the original credentials can be recovered. Follow their instructions to verify your identity and request details.
