IT jūsetsu is an explanation of important matters by a licensed real estate transaction specialist over two-way video. Documents and the licence card must be visible, audio clear and live questions possible. A virtual viewing, sales pitch or PDF alone does not replace it.

Confirm explanation and delivery separately
IT explanations do not require electronic contracting or automatically authorize electronic delivery. Electronic delivery of important documents requires prior recipient consent and compliance with the rules. Paper documents can also be used for IT explanations.
ELB suggestion: review documents in advance and list questions on costs, cancellation and special clauses. Confirm language, equipment and time zone.
